Siemens has appointed Ross Conlon as the President and CEO of Siemens Thailand, as well as the head of the Smart Infrastructure business group, effective from January 1st, 2567. This appointment comes after the retirement of the previous CEO, Suwanee Singruiadet.
In this new role, Ross will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s business in Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos. Ross has held several key positions in the Smart Infrastructure business, particularly in building automation systems. He has regional experience in business management, sales, and expertise in system design, business strategy development, and partner relationship management. Ross’s leadership has been instrumental in driving Siemens’ growth in the region.
Ross’s new responsibilities will leverage his extensive management experience focused on sustainable innovation to drive Siemens’ business in Thailand. This includes managing power distribution networks, automation systems, and digital technologies for industries and infrastructure, to achieve sustainability goals in this digital transformation era.
Ross Conlon holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from LIT, Ireland. He currently resides in Bangkok.
