Augmenting Linguistic Enhancements of Microsoft Edge on iOS and Android as the Paradigmatic ‘AI Browser’ Unveiled

Microsoft has once again made a quiet update, this time expanding the name of their browser app on iOS and Android to Microsoft Edge: AI Browser. The company has not officially announced whether this change is a rebranding of Edge, but upon closer inspection, Microsoft mentions various AI features such as GPT-4, Copilot, DALL-E 3, and other AI-driven search capabilities.

It’s important to note that this renaming update only applies to the app on smartphones, and does not affect the desktop version.

TLDR: Microsoft has silently expanded the name of their browser app on mobile devices to Microsoft Edge: AI Browser, hinting at the inclusion of various AI features. However, the desktop version remains unaffected.
