Google Launches Chrome for Windows 11 Arm – Experience the Cutting-Edge Canary Version

Google has quietly released a test version of Chrome on Windows 11 Arm. This particular iteration of Chrome, known as Chrome Canary, is still in an unstable state. Despite not making an official announcement, Google’s decision to finally launch Chrome on Windows on Arm comes after long-standing demands from users. It’s worth noting that Google already has an Arm version of Chrome for macOS and ChromeOS, while Microsoft Edge Chromium has been supporting Arm processors since 2019.

It is speculated that Google’s willingness to develop a Windows on Arm version of Chrome may be attributed to the upcoming release of PCs using the Snapdragon X Elite. This new hardware is set to debut in the middle of this year and is expected to significantly boost the growth of Arm-based Windows devices.

TLDR: Google has quietly released a test version of Chrome for Windows 11 Arm, known as Chrome Canary. This comes after users have long requested a Windows on Arm version of Chrome. The move may be influenced by the expected launch of PCs using the Snapdragon X Elite, which will contribute to the growth of Arm-based Windows devices.
