NVIDIA has unveiled the NVIDIA NIM platform for developing AI applications that are in the development stage and are about to scale in production for organizations. NIM is a microservice platform that operates in the cloud, managing all the packages for developing Generative AI models, supporting both cloud and on-premises data centers, up to workstations with GPUs to reduce model development time.

NIM supports popular models including NVIDIA, A121, Adept, Cohere, Getty Images, and Shutterstock, as well as models from service providers like Google, Hugging Face, Meta, Microsoft, Mistral AI, and Stability AI. Additionally, NVIDIA is collaborating with major cloud providers to enhance NIM services.
