AIS has launched the AIS Care+ with AppleCare Service to enhance the existing AIS Care+ service, which is similar to purchasing device insurance with AIS for screen replacements, device exchanges, and troubleshooting in case of issues.
The new AIS Care+ with AppleCare Service is a collaboration with Apple to provide the same level of care to customers who purchase iPhones from AIS. Customers will receive maintenance, repairs, and genuine parts replacements from expert technicians at Apple service centers or through device exchanges. Customers will also receive factory-direct devices (Apple Manufactured Guaranteed Device).
The service includes comprehensive device care covering all damages, including but not limited to cracked screens, water damage, malfunctioning speakers, non-functioning microphones, device failures, as well as battery care for batteries with less than 80% capacity.
Customers can choose to exchange their device at any time, whether they want to change devices or have a faulty device but do not want to send it for repairs. The service also offers device replacements even if the original device is not available.
Customers who purchase any model of iPhone from AIS can immediately sign up for AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services after purchasing a new device or within 30 days of the purchase date without needing to check the device. The service offers monthly or 12-month payment packages with continuous care for up to 48 months. Customers can sign up at AIS Shop, AIS Telewiz, as well as partner stores like Jaymart, TG Fone, iStudio from COPPERWIRED, SPVi, and UFicon.
Furthermore, customers who purchase an iPhone and sign up for AIS Care+ between September 22, 2016, to March 20, 2017, can switch to the new AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services by confirming their eligibility by dialing 5344# from April 18, 2017, to April 30, 2017.
