Google inaugurates a new hardware hub in Taiwan.

Google’s new office expansion in Taiwan is the second building in the TPark campus in New Taipei City. The first office opened in 2021 and this new addition will focus on the development and research of hardware engineering, much like its predecessor.

The new office will emphasize the development of Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit products, with teams dedicated to hardware engineering and AI working together seamlessly. The office building is also designed with sustainable energy principles, featuring 240 solar panels on the rooftop, water treatment processes within the building, and rainwater management systems.
