Amarinth Book Center Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Amarin Corporation Public Company Limited, also known as AMARIN, has announced progress on its second investment in Dek-D Interactive Co., Ltd., the owner of the Dek-D.com website. This involved the acquisition of 2,878 common shares from existing shareholders, representing 25.90% ownership, with a total value of 30 million baht.
Following this share acquisition, Amarinth Book Center now holds a 50.99% stake in Dek-D Interactive, making it a subsidiary of Amarin Corporation.
The Amarinth Group has disclosed plans to purchase additional shares in Dek-D Interactive by the end of 2022, with a commitment to fully acquire the remaining shares by mid-2024.
