Adobe debuts the cutting-edge AI-powered tool for generating videos from text input, known as Adobe Firefly Video Model. This innovation complements their existing AI services for image creation, design work, and vector files for clients of Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Adobe Express.
The Adobe Firefly Video Model is capable of crafting short video clips from text input, allowing users to customize details such as camera angles, shot compositions, and zoom levels to tailor the video to their needs. Additionally, it supports the creation of motion graphics videos, enabling the production of B-Roll footage or short animations of moving objects that can be incorporated into animations, add effects, or insert videos into desired footage.
A notable selling point of the Firefly model from Adobe is its safe commercial use, thanks to the utilization of licensed and authorized content to train the AI. Adobe emphasizes that they do not utilize customer content to train their AI.
The Firefly Video Model is currently available for beta testing, and interested users can sign up for the waitlist. It will be integrated into Adobe’s Generative Extend within Premiere Pro later this year.
