Advanced Micro Devices Releases BIOS Update for Zen 9000X Processor series, Enhancing Performance and Efficiency

AMD has released BIOS update 1.2.0.2 for the Ryzen 5 9600X and 9700X CPUs, boosting TDP performance to 105W from the previous 65W maximum. Speed is increased by up to 10%. Additionally, AMD has enhanced the performance of inter-core latency for the Ryzen 9000 series Multi-CCD processors, cutting down processing time by half.

Finally, AMD unveils the new X870 and X870E motherboards, supporting full PCIe Gen 5 speeds for graphics and NVMe storage units, and featuring USB4 as a standard.
