Apple unveils the latest iteration of the iPad mini without the traditional press event, opting for a simple press release instead. Key hardware improvements include the new A17 Pro chip with a 6-core CPU, boasting a 30% increase in speed compared to its predecessor, and a 5-core GPU for a 25% performance boost. The official sales launch date for Thailand is yet to be announced, while pre-orders in the US begin on October 23rd.
