Airbnb Launches Co-Host Network to Assist Time-Strapped Property Owners in Managing Their Spaces

Airbnb has introduced the Co-Host Network system for individuals who have rooms or homes but lack the time to manage and look after guests themselves. Previously, there have been 3rd party services offering similar services, but Airbnb has now stepped in to provide their own version, as the company had hinted at before.

The Co-Host Network displays a list of individuals serving as Co-Hosts, along with ratings and experiences, allowing property owners to choose and contact them with Airbnb’s endorsement. Currently, there are over 10,000 Co-Hosts in 10 countries.

The Co-Host system is now available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Additionally, Airbnb has added various tools for hosts, such as pricing suggestions based on surrounding data, templates for automated message responses, and a dashboard summarizing income.

TLDR: Airbnb launches Co-Host Network for property owners to find assistance in managing and caring for guests, with over 10,000 Co-Hosts available in 10 countries, along with additional host tools for pricing and communication.
