The Independent reported that some users have found that ChatGPT is unable to write certain names, such as David Mayer, when given the command ChatGPT responds with “unable to provide a response.”
Many users have attempted various methods to get ChatGPT to mention these names, such as using abbreviations like DM, but it ends up sounding like David Layer or even changing the user’s name to David Mayer and asking ChatGPT to mention the user’s name, but none have been successful.
Most recently, Blognone conducted some tests and found that ChatGPT can now mention this name, but there are still many other names as reported by The Independent that ChatGPT has not been able to mention, such as David Faber, Brian Hoods, Jonathan Turley, and Jonathan Zittrain.
