Embracing a hero-shooter gameplay approach from a third-person perspective, Marvel Rivals pits teams of 6 players against each other in PvP battles, reminiscent of early Overwatch days but with Marvel heroes taking center stage. With a roster of 33 heroes available upon launch, players can control iconic characters such as Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Hulk, Loki, Magneto, Thor, Storm, Venom, and Wolverine.
