Rumor: Apple Set to Release MacBook Pro and iPad Pro with M5 Chips this Year, Health Enhances AI Assistant.

Rumor has it that Apple’s new products of the week have been leaked by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg. This time, it’s all about the new Apple Silicon M5 chip.

The first product is the MacBook Pro, which will receive a spec upgrade with the M5 chip. The release is expected to be in October, following the pattern of the M4 model last year and the M3 model two years ago. The design remains unchanged. According to Gurman, a new design for the MacBook Pro is set for 2026 with the M6 chip.

Another product set to receive the M5 chip this year is the iPad Pro, which will retain the same design as the previous model. It will be the first product with the M5 chip to hit the market within the latter half of this year.

In addition to the M5 products, there are other reports for the week.

The new generation M2 chip will be developed to work in conjunction with the M6 chip for products to be sold in 2027, with the iPad Pro expected to be the first product.

The Health app will introduce a new feature, codenamed Mulberry, starting from iOS 19.4, which will include an AI assistant system for doctors in the app.
