Expanding Reach: Threads Embraces Multilingual Advertising Across Numerous Countries

Meta has updated its advertising display in Threads, stating that it will gradually show more ads in several countries. The advertising system now supports display in 30 languages for global advertisers, but it does not specify which languages or countries.

Threads started displaying ads in users’ feeds since January, specifically in the United States and Japan. With several months passed, Meta has decided to expand the countries where ads are shown.

According to Meta, Threads now has over 300 million Monthly Active Users (MAUs), and 3 out of 4 users follow at least one business account. This reflects users’ interest in following news and updates from various brands and products.
