Robert Hallock, the executive at Intel, sat down for an interview with HotHardware where he acknowledged the issues with the Core Ultra 200S CPU, also known as Arrow Lake, not performing as well as expected, especially when compared to the previous-gen Raptor Lake.
Hallock mentioned that the root of the problem stems from a combination of both BIOS and OS level settings, and Intel is currently working on a patch to improve the CPU’s performance. However, no specific timeline has been provided for when this patch will be released.
