Jasmin International Corporation Limited (Public Company Limited) or JAS has informed the stock market regarding the exclusive right to broadcast live Premier League and FA Cup football matches in England through internet TV and digital TV channels, along with a set of short videos for 3 seasons starting from the 2025/26 Premier League season in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia.
The total value of the transaction is 559.98 million dollars or approximately 19 billion baht. Initially, the rights received will last for 3 seasons, but the company may negotiate for up to 6 seasons if notified by FAPL in writing by December 1, 2024, at their discretion.
Currently, JAS’s main business is the internet TV service under the name 3BB GIGATV, which is expected to be the primary channel for broadcasting these live football matches, along with the MONOMAX and MONO29 group of companies as the main partners for marketing and distribution.
