CyberArk, a leading cybersecurity company, has announced the acquisition of Zilla Security, a developer of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, for a business value of $165 million, with an additional $10 million contingent on post-merger performance.
Zilla offers cloud-based IGA tools, a departure from traditional on-premise IGA systems, enabling seamless integration with SaaS platforms and enhanced AI capabilities. According to Zilla, customers can deploy IGA five times faster than traditional platforms using fewer resources. The company currently serves over 100 clients.
