Salesforce has announced an agreement to acquire the business of Zoomin, a company that develops data management tools from Israel. The deal’s value has not been disclosed and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
Zoomin specializes in unstructured data management systems, a feature that Salesforce aims to enhance in learning customer data for their AI platform, Agentforce, catering to all facets of user needs.
Being a partner of Salesforce AppExchange since 2018 and with Salesforce Ventures investing in Zoomin since 2019, this service has been a valuable add-on for Salesforce customers for several years.
