Adobe has announced the pricing for their Acrobat AI add-on package, an intelligent assistant designed to help manage documents. Following the release of the beta version, it is priced starting at $4.99 per month and can be used in Adobe Reader on desktops and web browsers.
In addition, the Acrobat AI assistant also adds mobile functionality while still in beta status. Its capabilities include a question-and-answer tool for content in PDF files as well as other document formats such as Word, PowerPoint, meeting notes, etc. It also provides summarization assistance, highlights key areas, and more. The AI operates on Liquid Mode developed by Adobe from external developers’ LLM.
The monthly price of $4.99 is labeled as the early access price for those who sign up before June 5, 2024. Initially supporting English, additional languages will be added later on.
