Adobe Quarterly Performance Report: Revenue Surges by 10%

Adobe reported its first quarter financial performance for the fiscal year 2025 ended in February. Revenue continued to show steady growth, reaching a record high for the company at $5.714 billion, marking a 10% increase from the same period in the previous year. Net profit stood at $1.811 billion.

CEO of Adobe, Shantanu Narayen, expressed confidence in the company’s future success through product development, focusing on innovation that caters to customers, creators, marketers, and professionals across various industries. The company is well-prepared for an AI-driven economy.

In terms of revenue breakdown, the Digital Media group generated $4.23 billion, marking an 11% increase, with a consecutive revenue increase of 12.6% year-over-year to reach $17.63 billion. The Digital Experience group saw a revenue of $1.41 billion, up by 10%, with deferred revenue from contracts yet to be recognized increasing to $19.69 billion.
