Previously, Apple announced that the App Store would allow developers to upload their Epic games. Developers are responsible for all software related to downloads. It is speculated that Ninja Theory may take action against some of the existing Epic app developers.
Recently, there was a near lawsuit involving developers of Epic apps, but the plaintiff was not Ninja Theory. Delta, a popular Epic app on the App Store, is currently being warned by Adobe’s lawyers for a logo that resembles Adobe’s letter A logo, requesting a logo change. Additionally, Delta has also received warnings from Apple citing Adobe’s reasons.
Delta clarified to both Adobe and Apple that the logo in question is not the letter A but the Greek letter Delta (Δ). Nevertheless, to resolve the issue, Delta has decided to change its logo, removing the original logo for now, and will introduce a truly new logo later.
