Agentforce Outperforms with 8% Revenue Growth in Quarterly Report, Successfully Closing Deals with Over 3,000 Customers

Salesforce’s financial report for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025, ending in January, shows a total revenue of $9,993 million, representing an 8% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. The net profit under GAAP stands at $1,708 million.

The primary revenue source for Salesforce comes from the Subscription & Support segment, which recorded a revenue of $9,451 million, also marking an 8% increase.

Salesforce highlights the success of Agentforce service in creating AI assistant tools, with over 3,000 paying customers already onboard. The performance of Agentforce can be measured through Salesforce’s customer support service at help.salesforce.com, where it has handled over 380,000 interactions, resolving 84% of cases autonomously and only engaging human employees in 2% of cases.

CEO Marc Benioff mentioned in the earnings call that while other tech companies claim to have AI Agents, none have been able to deploy them on the same large scale as Salesforce.
