AIS extends its apologies for the service disruption and will compensate customers impacted by the incident that occurred on Friday evening, May 10th, 2567. The company deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to customers and the engineering team has successfully resolved the issue.
In order to apologize and compensate customers affected by the above incident, the company will take care of customers using both Unlimited and other package types. AIS will gradually send SMS notifications to customers regarding the compensation details starting from Monday, May 13th, 2567.
Furthermore, the company is ready to provide information to the NBTC as previously notified through the media at the specified time.
