Microsoft Paint has been updated with the addition of the Copilot button in the toolbar, consolidating all AI features into one button for easy access. Users can now press the Copilot button to assist in four ways:
1. Cocreator: AI can draw an image based on our sketches (exclusive to Copilot+ PC).
2. Image Creator: Generate images from prompts.
3. Generative erase: Remove objects from images while helping to fill in the background.
4. Remove background: One-click to automatically remove the image background.
While the features may not be groundbreaking as they already exist, from a branding perspective, it must be acknowledged that Copilot truly is everywhere.
The Copilot button has been added to the latest version of Paint on Windows Insider Canary and Dev Channels.
