Death Stranding 2: On the Beach has announced its release date on June 26, 2025, along with the debut of a new 10-minute trailer.
Set 11 months after the establishment of the United Cities of America (UCA), the world has undergone significant changes. The process of cross-city deliveries has evolved, yet protagonist Sam Porter Bridges still finds himself on delivery missions, now accompanied by a grown-up child.
One intriguing aspect of the new trailer is the introduction of a new character named Neil. He is seen wearing a headband reminiscent of Solid Snake, exuding a similar strong presence. Additionally, the Magellan Man vehicle bears a striking resemblance to the Metal Gear Rex mech from the original Metal Gear Solid game.
The game will be exclusively released on the PS5 (distributed by Sony) for $69.99, with a Collector’s Edition available for $229.99.
