According to Reuters, Arm is preparing to take its company public and several major tech companies have agreed to invest in the IPO. These companies include Apple, NVIDIA, Alphabet, AMD, Intel, Samsung Electronics, Cadence Design Systems, and Synopsys, with a combined investment value of approximately $50-55 billion. It is reported that Apple, NVIDIA, and many other companies will purchase shares worth around $25-100 million. This is seen as a strategic business investment, as all of these companies are already important customers of Arm. However, Amazon, which is also mentioned as a potential investor, has declined to provide any reasons for not participating in this round of investment.
