NVIDIA has collaborated with graphics card manufacturers and case manufacturers to announce the “SFF-Ready Enthusiast GeForce Cards” standard alongside the “Compatible with SFF-Ready Enthusiast GeForce Cards” case standard. This ensures that buyers of Small Form Factor cases can confidently install graphics cards. The standards specify the following dimensions:
Overall height with power cable: 151 millimeters
Length: 304 millimeters
Width: 50 millimeters or 2.5 standard card slots
Currently, there are 36 models of graphics cards that comply with this standard on the market. Meanwhile, the cases will increase in length to 312 millimeters and height to 154.5 millimeters to provide enough space. There are currently 23 case models that meet this standard.
