This surge has elevated Bluesky to become a top downloaded app in various countries. In the latest rankings by App Figures, it holds the 4th position on the iOS App Store and the 6th position on Google Play in Thailand.
Interestingly, while Bluesky rises to prominence in many countries as a popular app, the social media platform Threads, focused on text by Meta, maintains a higher ranking. Nonetheless, Meta and Threads have yet to comment on this development.
