This issue led Judge Moraes to order X to appoint legal representatives, prompting X to close its offices in the country and eventually face a block on future operations.
Although the bank accounts of Starlink and X can now conduct transactions as usual, Moraes still maintains the block on X’s operations in Brazil, citing the company’s failure to appoint legal representatives and ban user accounts as ordered by the court.
