New products in the Air lineup from Apple have just been unveiled, starting last night with the iPad Air featuring the M3 chip and the iPad 11th Gen with the A16 chip. But the excitement doesn’t end there, as rumors have it that the new MacBook Air is also on the horizon.
According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, the upcoming MacBook Air with the M4 chip is expected to make its debut tonight, continuing the trend of unveiling new products. Gurman drops more hints suggesting that Apple will also introduce the new Mac Studio this week. Interestingly, the Mac Studio will be equipped with the M4 Max and M3 Ultra chips, not the current M4 Ultra like in the Mac Pro.
Gurman speculates that Apple is holding back on using the M4 Ultra chip for the Mac Studio to distinguish it from the Mac Pro. This decision will highlight the differences between the two products since both currently use the M2 Ultra chip.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the week.
TLDR: Apple is set to release new products including the MacBook Air with the M4 chip and the Mac Studio with the M4 Max and M3 Ultra chips this week.
