CEOs at Spotify Announce Upcoming HiFi Sound System Package with Added Features Coming Soon

During the latest quarterly earnings call, Daniel Ek, the CEO of Spotify, disclosed details about the upcoming HiFi subscription package. It has been confirmed that this package, which promises high-quality sound systems, is currently in development.

Ek mentioned that this new package will be priced higher than the current premium package, estimated to be around $5 in the US. While the main feature is undoubtedly high-quality audio streaming, there are other undisclosed features that will come with it.

However, Ek did not specify when this service will be launched. The HiFi package was first mentioned three years ago, with rumors surfacing since then, but it has yet to be released.
