On February 16, 2567, during the Munich Security Conference (MSC), 20 leading technology companies declared their agreement to collaborate in safeguarding against AI content that interferes with global elections this year, affecting over four billion eligible voters in more than 40 countries. Tech companies involved in the agreement include Adobe, Amazon, Anthropic, Arm, ElevenLabs, Google, IBM, Inflection AI, LinkedIn, McAfee, Meta, Microsoft, Nota, OpenAI, Snap Inc., Stability AI, TikTok, Trend Micro, Truepic, and X.
