OpenAI and SoftBank have announced a collaboration to develop and market advanced enterprise artificial intelligence, known as Cristal intelligence. This involves integrating systems and customizing workflows for each organizational client.
SoftBank will invest $3 billion annually in the United States for the development of this solution, providing Cristal intelligence to all companies within the SoftBank group, marking the first widespread use of this technology. This will be combined with OpenAI’s existing tool, ChatGPT Enterprise.
Both OpenAI and SoftBank have also unveiled a joint venture called SB OpenAI Japan to market Cristal intelligence to companies in Japan.
