Collective Amnesia: Even Elon Musk Mistakenly Refers to X as Twitter on Multiple Occasions.

Referring to X as Twitter is not unusual, but when it comes to Elon Musk, it’s not a certainty because he’s the one who changed the platform’s name shortly after acquiring the business. However, as the saying goes, “The wise still make mistakes, the sage still learns,” it seems to have happened to Musk once again.

After a user on X praised DOGE for its efforts to reduce the government’s workforce, stating, “I support DOGE in firing 80% of the central government employees. It works on Twitter,” Musk responded to that post by saying, “Twitter is improving with fewer people.”

Previously, Musk mistakenly referred to X as Twitter as well. He shared a meme of people sleeping on a pile of money, captioning it, “POV: VPN companies after Brazil banned Twitter,” which left many users wondering if rebranding is really a good idea.
