AMD has reported that the acquisition process of ZT Systems has been completed successfully at every step. The team will collaborate with the Datacenter Solutions department, led by Forrest Norrod, Senior Vice President of AMD. Additionally, AMD will work with strategic partners to incorporate ZT Systems’ technology into the data center design and development process.
Announced last August, AMD acquired ZT Systems for a value of $4.9 billion to enhance its server and data center management systems for AMD’s CPU and GPU customers.
