After HMD Global started adjusting their strategy by releasing smartphones under the Nokia brand and discontinuing the Nokia brand in several countries, HMD Thailand has confirmed that they will continue to operate in Thailand with a multi-brand approach, featuring both Nokia and HMD phones. They believe that the smartphone market in Thailand still holds potential for further growth.
In terms of after-sales service, both HMD and Nokia customers can utilize the services provided at HMD Service Centers, with the additional option of sending their devices for repairs through EMS for free, with over 1,200 branches located throughout the country. Moreover, they offer a Pick Up Service where devices can be collected for repair at a location convenient for the customer, whether it be at home, work, or any other preferred location.
