Cross-Platform Compatibility: Google Password Manager now supports Passkey synchronization.

Google extends Passkey management feature to allow Passkey sync across devices.
Previously, using Passkey via Google Password Manager on Android would store the Passkey on that specific device only. If you wanted to use it on another device, you had to scan a QR code between them.
The new addition is that our Passkey will be automatically synced in the Google Password Manager universe across platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and ChromeOS. To ensure security, a 6-digit PIN code must be set to prevent others from accessing our Passkey (even if they have physical access to the hardware).

TLDR: Google now allows Passkey sync across different devices for enhanced security.
