CrowdStrike Quarterly Performance Report: Total Revenue Surges by 25%

CrowdStrike reported its fourth quarter financial results for the year 2025, ending in January. Total revenue increased by 25% compared to the same period in the previous year, reaching $1.059 billion. Subscription revenue amounted to $1.008 billion, marking a 27% increase. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also saw a 23% growth to $4.24 billion, while the net loss under GAAP stood at $93 million.

George Kurtz, CEO and co-founder of CrowdStrike, emphasized the widespread integration of AI across businesses of all sizes. The rapid adoption of AI in cybersecurity underscores the necessity for platforms grounded in artificial intelligence. With a user retention rate of 97%, the expansion of Falcon Flex contributed to revenue exceeding a billion dollars in the quarter, showcasing Falcon platform as the AI-centric foundation for today and tomorrow’s security landscape.
