Shift Up, a Korean studio, has revealed their Q3 2024 financial results totaling 58 billion won, marking an 11% decrease from the previous quarter. The revenue is attributed to Goddess of Victory: Nikke with 34 billion won, down 11% from the previous quarter, and Stellar Blade with 22 billion won, down 12.7% from the previous quarter.
The net profit stands at 23 billion won, a significant 41.7% decrease from the previous quarter, primarily due to the weakening value of the won and expenses related to IPO. Shift Up has announced plans to bring Stellar Blade to PC via Steam next year, although a specific timeline has not been provided. The studio anticipates that Stellar Blade on PC will be able to compete with console sales, following the success of indie game Black Myth: Wukong and the expanding market share of AAA games on Steam.
