Elon Musk’s Employment Practices Exposed by WSJ: Refusal to Pay Unwilling Employees Sheds Light on Dubious Behavior

Elon Musk is once again under fire for inappropriate behavior, as the Wall Street Journal reveals that Musk had relationships with up to 3 employees at his company, SpaceX. One of them was an intern, while the other two were SpaceX employees. One of them, Musk requested to have a child with multiple times, but she refused, leading Musk to withhold her salary and evaluate her performance negatively.

The WSJ gathered evidence from interviews with 48 individuals related to one woman who had a relationship with Musk, including former employees. Additionally, there is evidence from emails, text messages, and other documents.

Musk has yet to respond to these allegations, but Gwen Shotwell, President of SpaceX, refuted the WSJ’s claims, stating that the revelations are misrepresenting SpaceX’s culture and that the company always investigates sexual misconduct complaints appropriately.

However, the WSJ’s expose further highlights Musk’s questionable behavior, as former SpaceX employees were fired following criticism of Musk’s inappropriate conduct towards them, leading the US Department of Labor to file a complaint against SpaceX in January.

TLDR: Elon Musk is facing backlash for allegedly engaging in inappropriate relationships with employees at SpaceX, as reported by the Wall Street Journal. Despite denials from SpaceX leadership, the allegations highlight ongoing concerns about Musk’s behavior.
