Microsoft has introduced a new feature called Press to Talk on Copilot for Windows, following the release of the app. This feature allows users to directly communicate with Copilot by pressing a shortcut key on the keyboard, similar to AI assistants on smartphones.
To activate the Press to Talk feature, users simply hold down Alt + Spacebar for 2 seconds from anywhere on Windows, and start speaking. Once the conversation is complete, users can press Esc to send the voice command to Copilot.
This feature is now available for Copilot on Windows Insider.
TLDR: Microsoft’s Copilot on Windows now has a Press to Talk feature that allows users to communicate directly by pressing a keyboard shortcut.
