Enhanced Audio Control on Google TV and Android TV: YouTube Introduces Stable Volume Feature to Maintain Consistent Sound Levels

Following the recent update on the Stable Volume feature on the YouTube mobile app, YouTube has now rolled out this feature to the Google TV and Android TV apps as well. Stable Volume helps enhance audio by adjusting softer sounds to be louder, while also automatically lowering louder sounds. However, it may not work optimally with videos that have varying audio formats or levels within the same clip, such as music videos and more.

By default, this feature is enabled automatically, but users have the option to disable it in the settings. The feature can be accessed through the settings menu on the YouTube app version 4.40.303 and onwards.

TLDR: YouTube has updated the Stable Volume feature on its mobile app, now available on Google TV and Android TV, which helps adjust audio levels for a better viewing experience.
