Enhanced Gitlab Meeting Simulator Elevates Our YouTube Video Presentation to Resemble an Actual Conference

After reports this week of the use of online recorded video conferences to smooth out the working from home experience, software developer Benjamin Brady has taken it upon himself to enhance this usability by creating a website that overlays images from our webcams onto the video to add a touch of realism. Brady, who claims to have tinkered with this project while waiting for a Windows update (either he’s highly skilled or he hasn’t updated his Windows in ages), readily admits that the website is not quite there yet. In reality, our own video footage should be positioned more towards the bottom right rather than being placed in the top left corner.
