Enhanced language support by Apple Intelligence for next year includes German, Italian, Korean, and Vietnamese, with Thai language yet to be specified.

Apple has provided additional details of the Apple Intelligence feature support plan in various languages. The information provided by Apple previously was in American English and will be available in October for iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1. Meanwhile, British English, Canadian English, New Zealand English, South African English, and UK English users will have access in December.

Other languages provided by Apple will be available in the coming year. Initially, Chinese, French, Japanese, and Spanish were mentioned, but recently Apple added more languages to the list for the upcoming year, including Indian English, Singaporean English, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and others that haven’t been specified, including Thai.

Apple also provided additional information on the usage of Apple Intelligence for users within the European Union (EU), stating that it will not be available for use within the EU, but can be used outside the EU if the language is supported. Users in China, however, will not be able to use Apple Intelligence, whether within China or traveling abroad. Apple mentions that any changes in the devices that support Apple Intelligence will immediately facilitate its usage under the specified conditions.
