Enhanced Memory Recall Feature Now Available for All ChatGPT Plus Users

OpenAI has announced that the Memory function in ChatGPT is now available for all paying customers of ChatGPT Plus, except those in the European Union (EU) and Korea. Meanwhile, customers on Team, Enterprise, and GPTs plans will also have access to Memory in the future.

Memory is a feature that OpenAI previously restricted to a group of users. It allows ChatGPT to store basic user information, eliminating the need to repeat or reiterate this information in every conversation. ChatGPT learns from both direct input of information for storage and from conversations.

Users can review and delete certain memories or set preferences to not store them by going to Settings > Personalization > Memory.
