Meta has announced a slew of new features for Threads, their social networking platform, focused on text content. These enhancements are specifically tailored for Threads web version that is over a year old, catering to the needs of content creators and business accounts alike in strategizing content to engage with followers or new target groups.
Insights, a tool providing data to understand various metrics in each post as well as the basics of account followers. Draft allows users to draft and save posts for later publication with a maximum saving capacity of 100 posts. Schedule enables scheduling of future posts, supporting multiple posts and scheduling for several days in advance.
Furthermore, the web version of Threads can now accommodate multiple feed columns in a TweetDeck-style layout on a single page, empowering users to customize topic arrangements themselves.
All features are gradually being updated for users, with the exception of post scheduling, which will be added later.
