Thai Chamber of Commerce collaborates with Gogolook, the developer of the Whoscall app, to introduce the Verified Business Number feature, allowing businesses to register and verify their phone numbers to avoid missing out on opportunities to communicate with customers who may choose not to accept unfamiliar numbers as a means of protecting themselves from unprofessional solicitations.
Thai Chamber of Commerce and Gogolook indicated that currently over 60% of phone users opt not to accept unfamiliar numbers due to concerns about professionalism. The implementation of this feature aims to reduce the rate of customer call rejections and enhance the credibility of various businesses.
For Android users, this feature enables the identification of incoming call names, display of organization logos, slogans, and the purpose of the incoming call. Organizations can sign up for this service by requesting authorization via TCC Connect on the Thai Chamber of Commerce Line account (@thaichamber), then proceeding to fill in the required information on the website and await contact from the personnel.
