For example, when planning a 3-day trip with Gemini, the initial response would be for 3 days. However, users can edit the response to request a longer duration, like 4 days. Gemini will adjust the response to fit the new 4-day requirement, resulting in a more tailored and relevant outcome.
The response editing feature may not work in certain cases, such as editing images (due to the inability to select images), requests that violate usage policies, or editing code or data in tables.
This new capability is currently only available in English and can be accessed through a web app interface.
