Google Chat has announced the addition of a Video Message feature to enhance user convenience in various scenarios, such as sales representatives or customer service agents needing to send videos to explain details, or executives needing to communicate vital information within the organization. Earlier this year, Google Chat also introduced the Voice Message feature for users.
The Video Message feature in Google Chat is currently exclusive to Google Workspace customers, allowing users to record and preview videos before sending. At the moment, it does not support usage through the Firefox browser and all browsers on ChromeOS or Linux.
